Serves 4-6
2 onions chopped
1 small pumpkin or squash
3 boneless chicken breasts
oil for frying
1 tbsp curry paste or to taste
400g tin chopped toms
400g can chick peas
This is from Good Food and is very popular with my family. Fry chicken and onion. Stir in curry paste, toms (+ and extra half can of water), and squash. Simmer for 20 mins until squash tender. Add chickpeas for last 2-3 mins. Serve with rice/naan bread
