16 Kale leaves (or cabbage) blanched for 2/3 mins For filling Either A salad/stirfy bag or 225gms spinach or komatsuna 2tsp oil 1onion finely chopped 1 glove of garlic 175gms hazelnut’s or brazil’s & peanuts. 50gms fresh breadcrumbs 4tbsp herbs :-coriander/ parsley /sorrel (any one or a mix) chopped. grated rind of lemon (optional) 1 egg /1tbsp shoyu /pepper

Oven gas 4/ 180c Blanch kale leaves for a couple of mins For filling:- If using spinach or komatsuna wash shred and sweat as usual for 4/5 mins. Heat oil fry onion & garlic till soft. If using saladbag add to pan and fry for a min before adding the nuts & breadcrumbs & lemon rind cook for 2 mins. Remove from heat add herbs, sweaty greens, egg and shoyu. Season with pepper. Take the kale leaves put 2 tbsp’s of filing in each. Fold in the sides and roll up into a parcel Place on an oven proof dish add 2-3 tbsps water. cover and bake for 30 mins. Grated cheese over the top’s good too.
