Sautéed root veg with lemon.
700gms mixed root veg (pot’s, carrot’s, parsnips, swedes, turnips, celeriac).
25gms butter.
1tsp grated fresh ginger.
Juice & grated rind of lemon.
S&P chopped parsley. Cut veg into ch
unky sticks (approx 1cm thick). Steam or boil until almost tender (4-6mins). Melt butter add veg and lemon cook gently 2-3mins season with S&P and sprinkle with parsley.
