Sprout Balls or burger's

2-4 cups sprout's (mixed or alfalfa)....3-4 boiled potatoes or pot's & parsnips.....1 cup brazil or peanuts......1/2-1 cup breadcrumbs......1 onion..... 1-2 cloves garlic.....2-3 tsp Herb's (rosmary, thyme, marjoram any one or all three)1 teaspoon kelp powder (I tend to use this instead of salt as it is very high in calcium and helps to absorb poisons in the body)......soya sauce or worcester sauce...........Chuck e

verything in the food processor till well choped up and blended. Shape into small ball's or burger's. fry in olive oil (make sure oil is good & hot or burgers will fall apart......An easy way to make a good wholesome and extremly nutritious meal the kid's will love. Who said burger's and chip's need to be junk food.
