Either boil 110-175g fresh chestnuts for 35-40 mins and peel, or open 240g tin of cooked chestnuts. Steam 500g of prepared sprouts until tender. Meanwhile boil 1/2 cup of water and add to it 1/4 cup of smooth peanut butter and a large dash of soy/tamari sauce.Stir well and add to brussels. Crumble in (or leave whole) the chestnuts intp brussel and sauce mix. Heat through and serve. Delicious with mash potato!!
