Avocado,tomatoes,olives, Feta cheese, organic pitta bread.
Serves 2-4 Halve 2 Avocados, stone and scoop out flesh with dessert spoon as whole as possible. Slice and dice flesh. Chop 2 large tomatoes ( Can skin first if preferred ).Stone and chop olives. Dice feta cheese. Mix together in a bowl with olive oil and black pepper + salt to taste. Warm pitta under hot grill. Slice pitta across the side to open into a pocket and fill with mixture. Enjoy! Optional: add diced cucumber, can use fresh sprouted pulses etc.Can add onion if desired. Black olives better than green.
