Soft set honey from apiaries in Worcestershire. While not certified Organic, no chemical treatments are used in the hives. "Our bees are managed without the use of Varroacides as we have selected bees for their abilities to manage the mites without the need for chemical treatments. This is part of our sustainable approach to keeping bees. We aim to keep healthy, resilient colonies that have been raised from locally adapted bees. Our apiaries are small and are mostly around the Pershore area. The locations are diverse and so the honey produced from each apiary is both delicious and unique."
