Lemon

A culinary staple, we always have a cut lemon on the go. Fresh juice squeezed into dishes just before serving are a great seasoning, arguably as important as salt and pepper. The acid from the lemon will cut through and elevate the dish. Zest from lemons give that all familiar lemon-y flavour, fresh and vibrant as a garnish or beautiful baked into cakes or sauces.
