Herb - Bay Leaves

A stem of fresh bay leaves with at least 10 leaves on, from our beautiful bay tree Lauus nobilis or Turkish bay. An aromatic addition to flavour bakes, sauces, and curries. As well as giving depth of flavour to many dishes bay leaves are high in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Especially vitamin A, B6, and C, calcium iron and manganese and Zinc. Bay leaf tea can settle the stomach and relieve sinus congestion .
