Herb - Coriander

Coriander has a warm earthiness but with the addition of nutty and citrus notes. It's best used as a garnish or added to the very end of cooking as it loses its potency the more it is heated. It works well in spicy foods, adds zest to dishes and pairs classically with sweet roots like carrots in a warming soup.
