Seasonal home grown salad leaves. We put together a diverse selection of leaves, a good mix of colours, textures and flavours for the ultimate salad mix. This February the mix is typically consisting of a mix of Radicchio, Claytonia, Buckshorn Plantain, Rocket, Mizuna, Green In The Snow Mustard, Red Frills Mustard, Purple Chois and Sorrel.
