Veg Box - Large

By choosing a veg box, you are eating seasonal vegetables that are home-grown, local, or UK.

Other than potatoes and onions for most of the year our standard boxes are full of home-grown produce. During winter and early spring we may need to buy in produce, as much as possible from local farms we know and love.
Other produce is sourced from a very trusted wholesaler. Large boxes occasionally have out of season produce such as tomatoes, although in the main are UK.

Eating seasonally is good for us, nature provides the foods we need at the time of year our bodies need them. It also means crops become treats, there is nothing like the anticipation of cucumber, tomato and bean season in the summer, or parsnips and leeks in the autumn/winter.
Standard boxes help us appreciate natures bountiful harvests and become more imaginative cooks.
