


Earthy tasting beetroot are high in minerals. Roasted, pressure cooked, or grated and eaten raw. To reduce bleeding when cooking do not remove the skin which can be wiped off once cooked. Beetroot contains a lot of soft fibre which makes them a great choice to avoid constipation. Soft fibre is so important for a healthy gut biome. They are also great source of antioxidants, folate, manganese, potassium and iron.
