A colourful mix of leaves. Tender young beautiful summer greens. Great for smoothies, salads, stirfries, or steamed. Kale from our diverse kale flock. We have been crossing and saving seed from our kales for several years so there is plenty of variety of leaf shape and colour. Kale is wonderfully nutritious, rich in antioxidants vitamin C, K & E selenium and beta-carotene.
