Squash Butternut

Thick, sweet and nutty squash. Roasted it caramelises beautifully. Great paired with sage or rosemary, or curried with plenty of earthy cumin to balance its natural sweetness. Our Butternut Squash have been grown from home saved seed, each year we select from the best tasting to replant the next year. If you think your squash is delicious please send some seeds back with your empty crate. That way we can continue breeding our genetically strong and great tasting flock.
