


Swede is an often overlooked vegetable, but shouldn't be! It's sweet, slightly spicy earthy flavour is wonderful paired with spices like nutmeg and star anise. Roasted really brings out its flavour, or boiled and mashed alongside potato to liven things up. In season from November through to February and perfectly timed as 100g swede contains upwards of 30% of an adults daily recommended vitamin C intake.
